Proxy Product Owner

Our product, DPD Billing is a strategic, group-wide solution that is transforming how business units across Europe handle Billing and Invoicing. Currently, over 50 dedicated professionals – including five dynamic Scrum teams – are shaping, developing and supporting this key product every day.

The DPD Billing application is a solution designed for billing and invoicing, created with a strong focus on high adaptability to local markets. It enables automatic invoice generation and payment management. Thanks to its flexible architecture, the application easily adapts to different tax regulations, ensuring consistency of billing processes across the organization while maintaining local specificity.

By joining our team, you will actively shape a solution that is central to the operations and success of multiple business units throughout Europe, driving efficiency and innovation at every step.

Holding this position you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the development team to define functional requirements

  • Create and maintain the product backlog (epics, user stories) and define clear acceptance criteria for each backlog item

  • Participate and lead Scrum ceremonies (refinement, planning, review)

  • Validate test scenarios and support the QA team

  • Lead product workshops and demos of new functionalities

  • Configure business applications based on client requirements

  • Monitor KPIs and report progress to the Product Owner and management

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Proxy Product Owner, Product Owner, or Business Analyst

Proficiency with tools such as Jira

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1 level)

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice to have

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or B2C projects

Experience working in an international environment

Salary: 12 000-16 000 PLN net/B2B (depends on experience)

60-minutes technical interview on Teams (with Team Leader)
