This Privacy Policy explains how we process and protect personal data provided by Users to DPDgroup IT Solutions Sp. z o.o.

Personal data is processed based on the User’s consent or in situations where the law allows the Controller to process data, including when it is necessary to perform a contract between the parties.
DPDgroup IT Solutions Sp. z o.o. collects information in the following ways:
a) through voluntarily sent data to our email address
b) through cookies [see Cookies Policy]
Data sent by email is processed only for the purpose explained in a specific message, for example to handle an information request, recruitment process, etc.
Sharing Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with:
a) companies within the Controller’s capital group
b) entities and authorities legally authorized to process such data
We do not transfer your personal data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) or to international organizations.
Data Retention Period
We process your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required by law — for example, until the expiry of potential claims or the end of legal archiving obligations.
If your data is processed based on consent, it will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.
If the data is processed based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, processing will stop earlier if you object to it.
Your Rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data we store about you, including a copy of the data.
a) Right to Rectification
You may request correction of inaccurate personal data. If any data is incomplete, you can ask us to complete it, including by providing an additional statement.
b) Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data if:
- the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected
- you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
- you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- the data was processed unlawfully
- deletion is required to comply with EU or national law
- the data was collected in connection with offering information society services under Art. 8(1) GDPR
c) Right to Data Portability
You may receive the data you provided to us in a commonly used machine-readable format, if the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out automatically.
You may also ask us to transfer the data directly to another controller, if technically possible.
d) Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted in the following cases:

you contest the accuracy of your personal data — for the period needed for us to verify the accuracy of the data,

the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of your personal data, requesting instead that its use be restricted,

we no longer need the personal data for processing purposes, but you need it to establish, pursue, or defend legal claims,

you have objected to processing under Article 21(1) of the GDPR — until it is determined whether the Controller’s legitimate grounds override your objection.
e) Right to Object
If your data is processed based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, you may object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).
f) Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy if needed due to technological changes, updates in personal data protection laws, or developments on our website. Any changes will be communicated clearly and visibly.
Our Website may contain links to external sites. These sites operate independently and are not supervised by DPDgroup IT Solutions Sp. z o.o. They may have their own privacy policies and terms, which we encourage you to read.
Protecting your personal data is our priority. However, if you believe we are violating GDPR while processing your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
