Knowledge Base Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated professional to support the development and maintenance of our internal knowledge base. As an internal software house operating within the Geopost, we are currently in the process of gathering, documenting and organizing technical and operational information.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating clear and intuitive data structures accessible to both team members and customers, using modern knowledge management systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in knowledge management, data coordination, information systems or a related field

  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and understand business processes

  • High attention to detail and reliability in handling documentation

  • Experience in knowledge base design

  • Experience with enterprise knowledge base software and content management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Excel, SharePoint, XWiki)

  • Proficiency in Polish and English

 

 

Nice to have

Background in Technical Writing (either through professional experience or formal training)

Knowledge of AI-based tools and the ability to prepare data and content for their use

Daily tasks

Gather, organize, categorize and maintain data across company documents, FAQs, process guides and technical resources.

Collaborate with technical and non-technical staff to collect and structure existing knowledge for company-wide access.

Develop, implement and refine categorization and organization schemes for all types of company data and documentation.

Create procedures for ongoing maintenance, review and updates of knowledge base content.

Ensure consistency, accuracy and intuitive organization of internal and external documentation.

Remuneration: 6 000-10 000 net/B2B or 13000-16000 net/B2B (depends on experience) / contract of mandate (UZ) or employment contract (UoP) also possible
