Project Manager

Working as Person holding this position will be responsible for:

  • Agile Project Team management within larger Program (international)

  • Project plan management in line with Program requirements

  • Monitoring and control over project progress

  • Budget management and meeting DPDgroup reporting requirements

  • Achieving deliverables in time and ensuring their quality

  • Close cooperation with internal customers to address their requirements within the agreed project scope

  • Project risk and issue management

  • Proactive approach in optimizing team efficiency

  • Close cooperation with Program Manager in order to achieve Program goals

Requirements

A skillful manager who can lead as well student/temp workers and professional developers

Someone, who will take full responsibility for delegated project

A self-managed person who can deliver results without intensive

The person with good communication skills, as we will work directly with internal customers – very good English in writing and speaking

Customer-oriented – able to listen and understand customer needs

Expert in planning, and monitoring while keeping the budget under control

Proactive person, an individual demonstrating initiative

Goal-oriented, demanding person who is capable finding solutions and workarounds

The person who will not only act as a corporate manager but with a hands-on attitude

Team player – doing everything to deliver the results as a team, not waiting and pointing out someone else as the reason of failure

A person with experience in Agile

Have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management (IT would be nice but not must have)

Have knowledge regarding Jira

Very good MS Office skills

Ability to travel

Nice to have

Experience in working in logistics/courier business

Analytical thinking skills

Presentation skills

Have experience in working in an international organization

How our recruitment process looks like:

A short interview with our recruiter on Teams (around 30 minutes)

60-minutes technical interview (with Team Leader also)
